How It Works
Our aim is to provide an enhanced, proactive housing management and support service to residents in our designated temporary housing accommodation. This may be in shared houses with others, self-contained flats in cluster accommodation or individual properties dispersed in the community.
Additional Support
Helping someone out of homelessness is often about more than putting a roof over their head.
Our service is delivered with key partners and is designed to help people develop the emotional and practical skills they need to maintain a tenancy and move into more mainstream housing.
Working closely with residents and other professionals, we deliver quality support and housing that helps people on their pathway to independence.
